Receiving Your Item from UnoFive.ca
Most of the exercise machines purchased at Unofive.ca, such as Treadmills, Exercise Bikes and Ellipticals, will come in a semi-truck that requires an appointment for delivery.
Freight drivers are only required to leave the shipment in your driveway, and will most likely not help to get it in the house.
Most freight truck drivers will have a lift gate to bring the item down. The driver should have the item lowered to ground level for inspection. In the event that they do not have a lift gate, you till need help to get the item down.
Once the item is on the ground, be sure to inspect all around the package.
DO NOT sign for anything until the item is fully inspected. Look for signs of punctures or crushing, rips or tears. If the item shows any exterior damage, photograph and document the problem and refuse the shipment with the carrier.
Even if the exterior of the package looks fine, you must open the box and inspect your item from every possible angle until you are confident that all is well.
If there are any issues and you cannot accept delivery, refuse the shipment and have the driver take the item away.
We also recommend that you call Unofive immediately to report the damage so that we can remedy the situation.
When you are satisfied that your purchases are in perfect condition, sign the delivery form.
